The author

Javier Navarro Cerdá

Javier Navarro Cerdá writes about what he practises. His main axis is project management in technical environments: how uncertainty is governed, how risks are assessed, and how a decision gets made in time while the information is still incomplete. That is where his manuals on the PMBOK 8 standard and on integrating Scrum with project governance come from.

The same view extends to technology: cybersecurity in the face of autonomous agents, and artificial intelligence applied to work and daily life, always with the aim of translating the complex into something a non-specialist can use.

Accessible knowledge, verifiable judgement and conscious action.

His second line is business and economics: from the business plan to the catalogue of activities that can be started from home today, and on to household finances. In parallel he works on social analysis —class, employment and disinformation— and on a body of fiction with room for the questions the manuals do not settle.
